"7 DAYS
TO 7 MINUTES”

Installation by Anatomie Fleur seeks to accelerate the domesticated use of flower's life from days to minutes.

Archivo Conz
houses artworks, documents, editions and personal belongings collected and catalysed by Francesco Conz (Cittadella, 1935–Verona, 2010) over the course of more than 30 years. More than a collector, he worked closely
with artists from the main artistic Avant-garde movements of his time—Fluxus, Concrete Poetry, Actionism and Lettrism. He left an archive of more than three thousand items.

Drawing from the format of "happening" of the Fluxus movement, "7 DAYS TO 7 MINUTES” seeks to accelerate the domesticated use of flower's life from days to minutes. The visitor is invited to walk along an alley narrowed by a flowerbed. At first cautious of his delicate environment, the visitor sees himself taking more and more liberties with regard to this alley of flowers, to participate fully and consciously in its destruction. The flowers are stolen from their habitat, destroyed, crushed, giving way to a real chao. This is an interpretation that emphase the hysterical use of flowers in daily life.
